Manor ISD Community;
Families can update their student’s method of instruction and transportation options every grading period by completing the 20-21 Determination Form in the Skyward Family Access portal. This form will need to be completed every grading period for each student you wish to change their method of instruction and/or transportation options.
Families of students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade can complete this form every nine weeks. Families of students in grades 6th through 12th grade can complete this form every six weeks.
The determination form is now available here for all scholars until Monday, January 4, 2021.
Please note: The determination form is only for those seeking to change their child's method of instruction.

Logging Into Your Skyward Family Access Portal Account
Click on the Family Access tile, located on the Manor ISD district website, to access the Skyward Family Access portal login.
Log into your Skyward Family Access portal using your login ID and password.

Starting the 20-21 Determination Form
Once you successfully log in, families will see a new message on their wall for the 20-21 Determination Form. Click on the blue link to begin the process.
Follow the instructions to complete the form.
Submitting and Making Changes to the 20-21 Determination Form
Once all steps are completed, click on the ‘Submit 20-21 Determination Form’ button to successfully submit the online form.
You will receive a confirmation message allowing you to review the online form or mark it as not completed to make changes. Families will also receive a confirmation e-mail once the online form is submitted.

Una vez que inicie sesión, las familias verán un nuevo mensaje en su muro para el formulario de determinación 20-21. Haga clic en el enlace azul para comenzar el proceso.
Siga las instrucciones para completar el formulario.
Envío y modificación del formulario de determinación 20-21
Una vez que haya completado todos los pasos, haga clic en el botón "Enviar formulario de determinación 20-21" para enviar correctamente el formulario en línea.
Recibirá un mensaje de confirmación que le permitirá revisar el formulario en línea o marcarlo como no completado para realizar cambios. Las familias también recibirán un correo electrónico de confirmación una vez que se envíe el formulario en línea.
