Patricia Estep Named Principal of Manor New Tech Middle School

Manor ISD has named Patricia Estep as the new principal of Manor New Tech Middle School. Estep brings more than 25 years of experience in public education, having served as a teacher, district coordinator, assistant principal and principal throughout her career.

Estep joins Manor ISD after serving as principal of Linder Elementary School in Austin ISD, where she led a Title I campus through instructional improvement efforts, strategic staffing initiatives and the transition into a newly constructed school. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for strengthening school culture, supporting teachers and creating opportunities for students to succeed.

Her experience spans elementary, middle and high school leadership and includes implementing Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), supporting Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), expanding dual language programming and using data to improve student outcomes. As Austin ISD's Middle School Dual Language District Coordinator, she helped expand dual language opportunities across the district and worked closely with school leaders to strengthen instructional programs for multilingual learners.

"I look forward to building strong relationships with our students, families, and staff as we continue creating opportunities for every student to grow as a learner, leader, and problem solver. I can't wait to meet everyone and get started!"

Estep holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration with Principal Certification from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Texas State University. She is certified as an EC-12 principal and also holds certifications in secondary mathematics and English as a Second Language.
