Manor ISD Names Natasha Drumgoole Executive Director of Human Resources
Manor ISD has named Natasha Drumgoole as the district’s new Executive Director of Human Resources, bringing nearly three decades of experience in education, leadership development, and talent management to the role.
Drumgoole joins Manor ISD after serving in multiple leadership roles across Central Texas, including Human Resources Director and Assistant Director in Pflugerville ISD, where she led employee relations, staffing support, leadership development, and recruitment initiatives for campuses across the district. During her time in Pflugerville ISD, she also helped oversee teacher pipeline programs, including partnerships with Teach For America, teacher residency programs, and international teacher recruitment efforts.
Her experience also includes serving as Principal Assistant Principal and Director of Secondary Services in Georgetown ISD, where she focused on improving campus culture, strengthening instructional practices, and increasing student achievement. Under her leadership, campuses earned distinctions under the Texas Academic Performance Reports and accountability systems.
Before transitioning into district leadership, Drumgoole spent several years in the classroom as an elementary teacher in both Pflugerville ISD and Austin ISD, building a strong foundation in instruction and student support.
Throughout her career, Drumgoole has been recognized for her ability to build strong relationships, support educators, and create systems that help both employees and students succeed. She currently serves in leadership with the Central Texas Association of Personnel Administrators, including as president during the 2023-2024 term.
“I am excited to join Manor ISD and support the incredible work happening across the district,” Drumgoole said. “My focus will be on attracting, supporting, and retaining outstanding educators and leaders while building strong systems that elevate employee experience, strengthen campus leadership, and ultimately create even greater outcomes for students.”
Drumgoole holds a Master of Science in Special Education from The University of Texas Permian Basin, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Southwest Texas State University, and a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
