Manor ISD Board of Trustees Approves 2027-2032 Strategic Plan

The Manor ISD Board of Trustees has approved the district's 2027-2032 Strategic Plan, a roadmap that will guide the district's priorities, decisions, and investments over the next five years.

Developed through a collaborative process involving students, staff, families, community members, district leaders, and the Board of Trustees, the plan reflects the community's vision for the future of Manor ISD. The plan is anchored in the district's mission to empower each student to excel every day and a vision that students graduate ready to lead the way in their community and the world.

The strategic plan establishes five district goals focused on student success, staff support, communication, facilities planning, and financial stewardship. By 2032, Manor ISD aims to ensure 95 percent of students graduate prepared for college, careers, or military service while continuing to strengthen the systems that support learning across the district.

To achieve these goals, the plan is organized around seven strategic pillars:

• Teaching and Learning – Strengthening academic achievement through rigorous instruction, high expectations, and quality learning experiences. There will also be a focus on professional development to support continuous improvement. 
• Human Resources – Recruiting, supporting, and retaining high-quality staff.
• Communications – Providing transparent, consistent, and accessible communication.
• Safety and Culture – Creating safe, supportive, and welcoming learning environments.
• Operations – Planning for future growth and ensuring safe, functional facilities.
• Finance – Promoting transparency, efficiency, and responsible stewardship of resources.

The approval of the strategic plan marks the beginning of implementation, with district and campus leaders aligning their work to the goals and priorities outlined in the plan over the next five years.
