Important Update on Graduation Venue & Ticketing Information for Manor ISD Class of 2025

Manor ISD Seniors and Families,
Thank you for your participation in our recent survey regarding graduation. Your input was invaluable as we worked to determine the best option for our community, and we are excited to share the results. An overwhelming majority of survey respondents selected the H-E-B Center as the preferred venue for this year’s graduation ceremonies. Based on this feedback, we will move forward and host the Manor Senior High School, Manor Early College High School and Manor New Tech High School graduation ceremonies at the H-E-B Center.
I regret I used the words “unlimited seating” in the survey because of course no place has unlimited seating. While we had hoped that the H-E-B Center’s spacious capacity would eliminate the need for ticketing, but the incredible interest we have seen from our community in celebrating this milestone with our graduates has made it clear that we must take steps to ensure all graduates have family representation and that no one is turned away due to H-E-B’s capacity limits. Therefore, all ceremonies at the H-E-B Center will require tickets. However, the H-E-B Center remains the best option since it is the largest available venue with the most seats allowing the most family to participate.
As we now move forward to work to host a memorable day for our graduates and families, we want to share some important information on what graduation day and our ticketing system will look like.
Our Graduation Schedule for The Class of 2025:
- May 28, 2025 - H-E-B Center
- 9 a.m. – Manor High School (MHS) [Manor Early College High School (MECHS) and Manor Senior HS (MSHS) will once again have a single Mustang Graduation!]
- 1 p.m. – Manor New Tech High School (MNTHS)
- May 29, 2025 - Manor ISD Performing Arts Center
- 3 p.m. - Manor Excel Academy (MEA)
Ticketing Information & Requesting Additional Tickets for MHS and MNTHS:
There is no re-entry for graduation ceremonies.

Each MHS (MSHS or MECHS) graduate is allotted 8 tickets.
- Each MNTHS graduate is allotted 16 tickets.
- Graduates will pick up their guaranteed tickets at their respective campuses this Spring.
- Tickets are free, and seating at the ceremonies is not assigned.
- Children under three (3) years old do not require a ticket but must be seated on a lap. Children three (3) years old and older must have a ticket for entry.
- Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
- There is no reentry for graduation ceremonies.
Graduates not using their full ticket allotment are encouraged to share extra tickets with classmates who need them or return them to their campus for redistribution. Campuses will communicate directly with families this spring about requesting additional tickets beyond their additional allotted amount. Please note that submitting a request will not guarantee additional tickets.
Ticketing requirements do not apply to the MEA ceremony at the Manor ISD PAC.
Additional Venue Information:
- Parking at the H-E-B Center will cost $10. Families are encouraged to carpool.
- All guests must follow the center’s clear bag policy:
- Clear bags may not exceed 16″ x 8″ x 16″ and cannot have any colored tinting or patterns.
- Non-clear bags may not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″.
All graduation-related information will be available on our graduation website as we get closer to the ceremonies. We encourage you to review this information and share it with loved ones planning to attend.
