Fernanda Travagliante Named New Director of Transportation for Manor ISD

Fernanda Travagliante has been named Manor ISD's new Director of Transportation. With an impressive background in operations management, large-scale logistics, project management, and human resources, Travagliante brings a wealth of hands-on experience and expertise to the Transportation Department. 

Travagliante's extensive professional journey includes her tenure at North East ISD in San Antonio, TX, where she has been a Supervisor in Transportation Management since December 2014. Starting as a bus driver, her dedication and leadership quickly propelled her to a supervisory role by April 2017. In her supervisory capacity, Travagliante led and managed a team of 150 transportation staff, ensuring students' safe and legal transportation while adhering to State laws and District policies. Her responsibilities included overseeing Smart Tag system procedures, managing school bus discipline, evaluating personnel performance, handling disciplinary actions, and resolving conflicts among parents, drivers, and administrators.

Travagliante's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management from Western Governors University.
