Enroll in Manor ISD

Required Documents for Manor ISD: 

These documents will be uploaded into Skyward as part of the new student online application (NSOE) or can be taken directly to the campus your child is enrolling in:

• Student’s original, certified birth certificate

• Proof of address (light, gas, water bill, lease or contract)

• Proof of income from the last 30 days for all members of the family

• Student’s Immunization records

• Parent/guardian’s photo ID

• Student’s Social Security Card, optional

• Report card/transcript/withdrawal from previous school, needed for class placement

Step 1: Complete the Head Start Application

 For eligibility-based Pre-K 3, the first step is to complete the Head Start Application.

• Blake Manor Elementary
• Oak Meadows Elementary

Program Eligibility Requirements:

• The child is eligible to take part in the national free or reduced-price school lunch program. (New income guidelines come out in March 2026)

• The child is unable to speak and comprehend the English language (language assessment required)

• The child is homeless

• The child is a dependent of an active duty member of the U.S. armed forces.

• The child is or has been in foster care

• A parent is a recipient of the Star of Texas Award 

Step 2: Wait to be contacted by our family advocate

The family advocate will contact you to verify eligibility. This is a good time to gather your required documents. For questions, you can contact Diane Russell at 512-514-3111  |  diane.russell@childinc.org .

Required Documents for Child Inc - Head Start: 

• Original, certified birth certificate

• Proof of address (light, gas, or water bill)

• 2025 Income tax with W2

• Proof of income (Previous 12 months of pay stubs)

• Child Support (if applicable)

• Current recipient TANF letter and current recipient SSI letter (if applicable)

• Letter from employers (form available)

• Social security benefits (if applicable)

• Immunization record, including last physical and dental exam

• Parent/guardian's photo ID

• Medicaid/CHIP/Private insurance card

• SNAP grant letter (current)

• Three emergency contacts (name, address, and phone numbers)

Step 3: If deemed eligible for Head Start, apply with Manor ISD to secure your spot!

Please remember that this link is only for families with no students currently enrolled in Manor ISD. 

If you have a student currently enrolled and you are wanting to enroll another student, please log into your Skyward Family Access account to enroll additional students.

 

Step 1: Complete the Pre-K 4 Eligibility Screener 

For eligibility-based Pre-K 4, the first step is to complete the Pre-K Screener. If you are unsure of your zoned home campus, you may use the interactive boundary map to find your zone.
