  •

The Manor ISD Early Childhood department provides support to help provide the best developmentally appropriate curriculum and environment for our youngest learners. We follow a research based curriculum that helps to develop the whole child in preparing them to be ready for kindergarten and beyond.

    Mission
Our Manor ISD Early Childhood mission is to work collaboratively with the community to develop lifelong learners in an environment that serves the needs of the whole child.

    Vision
The Manor ISD Early Childhood Department will empower students to become lifelong learners and agents of change.

    Pre-K in Manor ISD
Manor ISD Pre-K offers a nurturing, challenging environment to prepare our students for the K-12 school career and beyond. The most critical years of learning for young children are from birth to five years of age. Pre-K gives students the chance to obtain skills for learning that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. Manor ISD houses all eligible Pre-K three and four students at Manor Elementary Early Learning Center. If you have any questions regarding Pre-K eligibility or enrollment, please visit this site for more information: https://www.manorisd.net/Page/217 or give us a call at: 512-278-4100.

Manor ISD offers Pre-K for three (if eligible through Child Inc/Head Start) and four-year-old students.  Our PreK-3 program is offered in partnership with Child Inc/Head Start. Every Pre-K class is taught by a Texas Certified Teacher and supported by a teaching assistant.

Pre-K classrooms follow the Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines and use a research-based curriculum. Pre-K academic lessons take on an integrative approach that offer opportunities for social interaction and purposeful play.

For questions about Pre-K, please contact the Manor Elementary Early Learning Center at 512-278-4100! You can also email our registrar Alejandra Fuentes @ alejandra.fuentes@manorisd.net for more information.

They will then be transferred from their home campus to the early childhood center. Parents will also have the opportunity to drop off and pick up their child off directly at Manor Elementary Early Childhood Center. Manor ISD does not provide transportation for Pre-K 3 students.

    Will after-school care be provided?

No, afterschool care is not provided on our school site.
