The Department of Federal & State Programs is committed to the success of every student in Manor ISD. Through collaborative efforts across campuses and departments, our Department works to ensure the alignment of resources to support student learning, staff retention and professional development, and parent and community involvement.
Objectives
To provide staff with the services, resources, and support needed to achieve academic success for all learners.
To ensure the alignment of federal, state, and local resources to support student learning.
To ensure that each District activity supported through special revenue meets the intent of the funding source and is in full compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
To successfully seek, obtain, and administer competitive grants for the benefit MISD of staff and students.
To provide current information, guidance, and support on programmatic, instructional, and fiscal issues to MISD campuses and departments. To provide supplemental educational services and materials to students in need of extra assistance to meet the state academic and performance standards.
