Frank Ramirez

Mr. Ramirez is currently the Principal at Manor New Tech Middle School (MNTMS). This past school year, he served as the Associate Principal at MNTMS, overseeing instruction. He also previously served as the Academic Dean at Manor High School, overseeing instruction. Mr. Ramirez has 20 years of experience in education, 15 of which were at an administrative level. During that time, he has served in different capacities: Principal, Associate Principal, Academic Dean, Assistant Principal, Instructional Specialist, and Bilingual Teacher. He has worked with scholars from Pre-K to 12th Grade, parents, stakeholders, and business communities in Irving ISD, Fort Worth ISD, Calallen ISD and a charter school in the Austin area.

Mr. Ramirez holds certifications in Bilingual/ESL-Spanish, Classroom Teacher, Principal and Superintendent. He was named the John R. Good Elementary Teacher of the Year with Irving ISD.

Mr. Ramirez received his Bachelor of Art in Communication from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.  He recieved his Master of Liberal Arts and Master of Education in Administration both from Texas Christian University. Currently, he is working on his dissertation proposal and is committed to finishing his Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
