Also, if you have a butane grill and no water or power you can use the butane grill to melt some snow in the largest pot you have to make it clean and sanitary. For your phones you need charged, you can charge them in your cars. You might have to turn on your car but at least itll charge. Place it on airplane mode to charge it quicker.
