Elizabeth Hulse

I am so excited to be the music teacher at PCE! This is my 13th year teaching music. I was born in Arizona, but grew up in Texas and Connecticut. After high school I moved back to Arizona to attend The University of Arizona. Once I graduated I taught elementary music, band and choir for two years in Arizona before I moved to Austin to attend The University of Texas. After I graduated UT with my Master's degree I joined Manor ISD as the music teacher at Oak Meadows Elementary. I taught music there for 5 years before moving to teach at Pioneer Crossing Elementary. In addition to teaching at PCE I am also the lead elementary music teacher for Manor ISD.
I continue to grow as a musician by performing Brazilian samba with the Austin Samba School.
I am happily married with a son, a daughter and a dog named Abby. There are many things that I love: the Arizona Wildcats, the Texas Longhorns, sewing, hiking, running, and performing Brazilian samba.
