Hi, my name is Amber Jackson, and I am the 4th team leader and math teacher at Lagos! This year will be my seventh year as an educator and my sixth year as a 4th grade teacher. I truly feel like I have the BEST job in the world, and I am so fortunate to continue my career in Manor ISD.  My mission as a teacher is to ensure every child who enters my classroom receives the tools needed to be successful academically, socially, and emotionally.

A little about myself, I was born and raised in Galveston, Texas and moved to Austin in 2018! After graduating from high school, I attended The University of Texas- San Antonio, where I received my Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. Currently, I am receiving my Masters degree in Administration from Texas State University.  I am certified to teach Early-Childhood through 6th grade, English Second Language, as well as Gifted and Talented.
