About our Department

MISD Food and Nutrition Services offers a wide variety of nutritious breakfasts and lunches to every student each school day. The district participates in the School Breakfast Program and the National School Lunch Program through the U.S. Department of Agriculture. We believe nutrition is crucial to a student's academic performance and we strive to meet those needs.
