I am a native of South Dallas, Texas, where I played basketball and was a member of the 30-0 State Championship team at Lincoln High School, graduating in 1999. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University, where I continued my basketball career at the collegiate level, and later obtained a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Concordia University.
With 20 years of experience in education, I have served as both a basketball coach and athletic administrator. Throughout my career, I have led three different programs — Lincoln, John Tyler, and Summer Creek — to Regional appearances for eight consecutive years, and guided two programs, Lincoln and Summer Creek, to the State Tournament.
I have been honored with numerous Coach of the Year awards and was selected to serve as a court coach for the 17U USA Basketball Trials. Additionally, I had the privilege of serving as an assistant coach for the USA National Team in the Nike Summit. I am a certified athletic administrator through the NIAAA and, most importantly, a proud mother to Alayna and Deuce.

I am honored to serve Manor ISD as the Executive Assistant for the Athletics and Fine Arts Departments, where I support programs that enrich student experiences and promote excellence across the district. As a proud Manor ISD alumna, I understand firsthand the impact that strong academic, athletic, and fine arts opportunities have on student growth and success.
During my time as a student, I was actively involved in both band and athletics. I earned a state medal in track and held a school record for 17 years — accomplishments that shaped my dedication, work ethic, and commitment to high standards that I carry into my professional role each day.
Now with over six years of service to Manor ISD, I am committed to providing leadership support, fostering collaboration, and helping ensure the smooth operation of programs that positively influence students, staff, and the greater Manor community.
Outside of my professional responsibilities, I am married to my husband, Nick. Together we have three children, one grandson, and are excited to welcome two more grandchildren soon. Family, service, and community are central to who I am, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue giving back to the district that gave so much to me.
