Application Process

1. All internal (current MISD employees) applicants must complete the application form. External candidates must email Natasha Drumgoole at natasha.drumgoole@manorisd.net for instructions on submitting their application. 
2. Only complete applications with required attachments will be considered. Below are the following requirements for the application: 
   1. Resume 
   2. Letter of Interest that includes 1) why you are applying for your selected role, 2) what strengths you bring to a teaching team, and 3) how your leadership experience will contribute to your success as an Opportunity Culture teacher or associate (1 page maximum). 
   3. Summary of High Growth Data and Narrative Explanation: Candidates must provide data to support at least two years of high student growth (see application for more details). This summary of high growth data and narrative explanation should not exceed 4 pages. This is only required for individuals applying for the Multi-Classroom Leader or Master Team Reach Teacher roles. 
   4. Most Recent Evaluations (minimum of 2 years)
   5. Video Submission: Submit a 2 minute video in response to the following question: Based on the Manor ISD Leadership Framework, how do your teaching approaches and/or behaviors align with the principles of leading with integrity, solving problems, and serving people?
3. Screening of applications by the District leadership team.
4. Applicant interviews through a behavioral event interview with the district leadership team. 
5. Approved applicants will be interviewed by Campus leadership.
