Pre-K in Manor ISD
Manor ISD Pre-K offers a nurturing, challenging environment to prepare our students for the K-12 school career and beyond who qualify for services. The most critical years of learning for young children are from birth to five years of age. Pre-K gives students the chance to obtain skills for learning that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.
Manor ISD offers Pre-K for three (if eligible through Child Inc/Head Start) and four-year-old students. Our PreK-3 program is offered in partnership with Child Inc/Head Start. Every Pre-K class is taught by a Texas Certified Teacher and supported by a teaching assistant.
Pre-K classrooms follow the Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines and use a research-based curriculum. Pre-K academic lessons take on an integrative approach that offer opportunities for social interaction and purposeful play.
