Credit By Examination

Manor ISD's Accountability, Data, and State Assessment team facilitates Credit By Examination tests that may be used in certain circumstances for high school course credit or for grade advancement. CBE tests developed by the University of Texas are administered following these district procedures, four times a year: September, November, January, and May.

Parents interested in having scholars take CBE tests should reach out to their campus principals.

Manor ISD's Academics department coordinates CBE tests for foreign language course credit. For foreign languages, students take the ACTFL Assessment of Performance toward Proficiency in Languages (AAPPL) exams.
