Proposition B — $8.5M
Prop B Would Fund the Replacement of Outdated Student and Staff Devices.
Manor ISD currently operates a 1-to-1 technology program from second to 12th grade, with approximately 10,696 student and teacher devices across campuses and departments.
These devices are provided to support instruction, digital learning, assessments, communication, and access to educational resources.

Why are devices being replaced?
5,861 devices are 7-10 years old and have reached or exceeded their expected useful life.
Outdated devices are less reliable, hard to maintain and unable to meet current software and security requirements. Replacing outdated equipment would help reduce device failures, minimize disruptions to teaching and learning and improve cybersecurity.
Reliable devices are essential for classroom instruction, state testing, college/career readiness and school-family communication.
Bond 2026 Events Schedule
Want to take a closer look at some of the projects included in Bond 2026? Our Community Walks are an opportunity to visit campuses, hear more about what is proposed and see the areas that would be impacted if the bond is approved by voters.
Community members can also join Manor ISD for a Virtual Bond Town Hall on Wednesday, September 22 and 30 and October 28, at 6:30 p.m. During the Town Hall, we’ll cover some of the basics, including what a school bond is, why districts hold bond elections, what is included in Bond 2026 and what the proposed projects would mean for Manor ISD campuses if approved.
