By accessing the Family Access website, you allow the Manor Independent School District (MISD) to make information that is confidential under the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act, including but not limited to your student’s schedule, attendance record, discipline record, grade information, demographic information, health information, and other school information available to you by means of the Internet on a website that is secure and accessible by a unique login and password. Other guardians and your student will be provided their own unique login and password to access the digital student information. Therefore, do not share your login and password with anyone. Please emphasize to your student(s) not to share a login and password with others. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login and password assigned to you and/or your student(s). You agree to notify the principal immediately of any unauthorized use of your Family Access account or any suspected breach of security.
You understand and agree that MISD is not responsible for unauthorized Internet access to your student’s digital records by persons who do not have your consent. By using your login and password to access Family Access you confirm that you understand and accept the guidelines and conditions for access to your student’s digital records and you waive any claims or causes of action that you may have against MISD by reason of such unauthorized access.
Your use of Family Access following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
