Strategic Plan 2027–2032
Shaping the Future of Manor ISD
Manor ISD is developing a new Strategic Plan for 2027–2032 that will guide the district’s priorities, decisions, and investments over the next five years. This plan will serve as the roadmap for how Manor ISD supports students, strengthens schools, and partners with our community to ensure every student is prepared for success.
What is a Strategic Plan?
A strategic plan is simply a roadmap for the future.
It helps a school district identify what matters most, where we want to go, and how we will get there. The plan outlines our mission, vision, and goals so that everyone across the district is working toward the same priorities.
Through this process, Manor ISD will identify the key areas we want to focus on over the next five years to help ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Why Does It Matters?
It helps us:
- Set clear goals for student success
- Make thoughtful decisions about programs and resources
- Stay aligned across campuses and departments
- Work together as a community toward shared priorities
Most importantly, it helps ensure that the work we do each day moves us closer to the future we want for our students.
Community Voices Are Essential
We believe the best ideas come from listening to those who experience our schools every day. That is why this process will include input from:
- Students
- Teachers and staff
- Parents and guardians
- District leadership
- Community members and local partners
By bringing these perspectives together, we can create a plan that reflects the hopes, needs, and goals of the Manor community.
Staying Accountable
Once the plan is adopted, Manor ISD will regularly track progress toward the goals outlined in the plan and share updates with the Board of Trustees and the community.
This helps ensure the strategic plan remains a living guide that helps move the district forward, rather than just a document on a page.
