Dr. Alime Sadikova
MECHS Principal
I am honored and excited to serve you as your principal. Manor ECHS students bring so many diverse skills that are crucial in being successful in high school and college. It is my job to provide the best educational environment for our students and support them as they take rigorous high school and college classes.
As an educator, I had great mentors at A+ Academy in Dallas where I served as an academic dean, and at Fort Worth ISD where I worked as an English I and II teacher and then as a high school assistant principal. And now, it is my goal to be your mentor as you start your journey at Manor Early College and transition to a four-year college or university of your choice. I had an amazing experience when I studied and taught at Texas Tech University as a Fulbright Scholar and Jones Fellow. During my doctoral program in Educational Leadership, I successfully conducted research and defended my dissertation on College Readiness and how high schools prepare students for college. It is my passion and goal to equip our MECHS students with academic and professional skills that will prepare them for a real-world with lots of opportunities!
Respectfully,
Dr. Alime Sadikova
