Capturing Kids Hearts
Creates high-achieving centers of learning by strengthening students’ connectedness to others through enhancing healthy bonds with their teachers and establishing collaborative agreements of acceptable behavior.

Safe School Ambassadors
An "inside-out" approach to improving school climate, one that relies on social norms change and the power of students to help stop bullying and violence. Student bystanders see, hear, and know things adults don't, can intervene in ways adults can't and are often on the scene of an incident before an adult.

Positivity Project
Empowers students to build positive relationships by equipping educators with the training, strategy, and resources to teach positive psychology’s 24 character strengths.

IB Learner Profiles
Learner profiles describe a broad range of human capacities and responsibilities that go beyond academic success. They imply a commitment to help all members of the school community learn to respect themselves, others and the world around them. Attitudes are a vital focus in the development of positive attitudes towards people, the environment, and learning

Restorative Practices
A whole school relational approach to building school climate and addressing student behavior that fosters belonging over exclusion, social engagement over control, and meaningful accountability over punishment.  

2nd STEP
Gives students the tools to excel in and out of the classroom through emotional management, situational awareness, and academic achievement

Ripple Effects
Personalized technology to address non-academic barriers to school success through agency, developing social-emotional strengths, and addressing the underlying risk factors for grades pre-k through 12.
