    About Us:
We are a state licensed, NAEYC accredited child care facility providing full-time care that follows the Manor ISD calendar for children of Manor ISD employees and teen parents that are enrolled in Manor ISD schools: ages: 6 weeks to 4 years old. We are licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. We currently participate in the childcare services program through the Workforce and we are noted as a 4 star Texas Rising Star Provider. We are also a nationally accredited school with NAEYC(National Association for the Education of Young Children).

    Hours & Location:
We are open from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30p.m. Monday through Friday

We are located on the Manor Elementary Early Learning Center campus in the red hall at 12904 Gregg Manor Rd. Manor, Texas 78653

    Staff Training & Education:
The center makes every effort to provide highly qualified staff by ensuring that all staff have training in adult and infant CPR/1st aid. As well, all of our staff must have a minimum of 30 hours of annual training in early childhood development. Included in this annual training is training on how to conduct child assessments and the best ways to deliver and share this information with families. We believe that early childhood is a profession and we encourage all staff to further their education past a high school diploma. Many of our staff have completed their CDA credential and/or AAS in Child Development and some have graduated with their BA degree. At a minimum, a teacher must be 18 with a HS diploma.

    Philosophy:

Our school family collaborates to ensure every child will be engaged in a loving, safe environment that supports independence, imagination, natural learning, and influences curiosity through play. We have an open-door policy and encourage you to drop by to see all the great things happening at the Child Development Center. By offering our children a variety of real-world experiences, problem solving opportunities, and exposure to diverse cultures, we are ensuring their cognitive growth, linguistic development, and creative expression. Our passionate approach provides acceptance and understanding to meet the needs of ALL children.

    Shared Vision Statement:

Manor ISD CDC wants to ensure that all children have access to a safe and accessible, high-quality early childhood education that includes a developmentally appropriate curriculum with knowledge and well-trained staff that are continually learning. This will include providing an environment that supports all children's health, nutrition, and social well-being, in an environment that respects and supports diversity.
