| Goals and Objectives Technology Integration Services is focused on student learning and academic achievement. Goals to develop mastery of technology proficiency standards are evident in Manor ISD's Long Range Technology Plan. Objectives of the plan include mastery of technology application TEKS and integration strategies for students and State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC), International Society for Technology Education (ISTE), National Education Standards (NETS), and Technology Standards for School Administrators (TSSA) for staff members. |

| Technology Proficiencies Elementary students are required to attend computer classes several times per week. Actual schedules vary from campus to campus. Students receive instruction based on the Technology Application TEKS: http://www.tea.state.tx.us/rules/tac/ch126toc.html Plans are underway to design assessments to test state-mandated skills by the end of the 8th Grade. Currently, students utilize a state adopted curriculum, Learning.com. Middle school and high school students have several options for technology integration within the core curriculum areas and through electives. |
