DELL - Jeanne Newberry
MISD has nearly 2700 DELL desktops and laptops as well as nearly 50 campus and district servers. DELL engineers are also assisting with future growth by providing Data Center designs to be built in the upcoming Central Administration building. DELL's solutions will also provide Blade and Virtualization options as Manor continues to experience tremendous growth. |

Apple - Jennifer Lanier Spille
Approximately 15% of MISD desktops and laptops are comprised of Apple computers. All Apple computers run the latest Mac OS X Leopard software. The District has also setup an external web server for Web 2.0 Applications. Apple graciously hosted a team of Manor ISD administrators in Cupertino, CA shortly before the opening of Manor New Tech High School, which is primarily comprised of Apple computers. |

AT&T - Yvette Goodman
AT&T has been a major part of Manor ISD's expansion efforts. While initially providing upgrades to Internet Access, the AT&T OPT-E-MAN upgrades now provide 500MB bandwidth connections to three elementary schools. MISD has begun an upgrade process to use GigaMan services to provide 1GB connections to the 2008 Elementary and Middle School campuses. |

Cisco
100% of Manor ISD's infrastructure is based on Cisco's network hardware and software. Central Administration and all High School campuses house 6509 Catalyst devices while all other campuses use 4507 Catalyst devices. By the end of 2008, all network IDFs will have Cisco 3750 PoE switches running Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity within schools. MISD is also completing a total Voice over IP migration using Cisco's solution. |

INX - Casey Brydson
Cisco's Gold Partner is finishing all network infrastructure deployments awarded through the Year 10 E-Rate funding cycle. The $1.4 million award will provide all MISD campuses with 45xx/65xx Cisco Catalyst gear coupled with PoE 3750 switches. INX is responsible for deploying solutions to all campuses eligible for E-Rate equipment. |

Xerox - Jeff Legler/Melissa Corliss
Xerox production machines are located at every campus for copy, scanning, and printing services. MISD is taking a lead by employing full time copy production technicians that serve as a central production house for major district copies and production needs. Xerox is currently working with MISD to expand the center by creating a centralized document management center responsible for direct uploads, document retention, and centralized report card and payroll printing. |

Aruba - Chris Courtney/Olin Olson
Manor ISD has selected Aruba Networks to provide a 100% wireless solution to all campuses and offices. Manor High School and Manor New Tech High are currently utilizing the system in all areas of their schools. The remaining areas to Manor ISD will be completed in late 2008. "N" wireless technology will also be piloted in all conference rooms and meeting areas. |

CDW-G - Tommy Hines/Matt Albertson
CDW-G provides many peripherals and software for Manor ISD. Most recently, it was selected to provide over 200 Epson projectors and 200 Epson DC-10 document cameras to be deployed to at Manor High School and the 2008 Elementary and Middle School. |

LenSec - Alan Morris/Almen Didelija
LenSec, LLC was selected to provide an extensive video security and surveillance system to all MISD secondary campuses. During the Summer 2008, LenSec will deploy approximately 300 cameras to Manor High School and both Middle School campuses. An additional 50 cameras will be installed at Excel High School and Manor New Tech during the Fall 2008. LenSec LLC is a leading provider of video security with nearly 3,000 building, school and city-wide deployments nationwide. |

Data Projections - Rick Hall/Zack James
Data Projections has been selected to peform over 200 interactive classroom installations. A mounted projector, document camera, and integrated audio system will be deployed to both 2008 campuses and Manor High School during Summer 2008. In addition, all Smart 680i interactive board installations at New Tech High were performed by Data Projections. |

Carroll Systems - Mike Burdett
Carroll Systems (subsidiary of Britt Rice) provides large and small scale data and telecommunications cabling for the district. They have been awarded contracts for numerous campuses in Manor including Manor New Tech High and the installation of 2.5 miles of private fiber to Presidential Meadows Elementary. |

KST Electric - Robert Ramirez
KST is a key provider of data and telecommunications cabling services to Manor ISD. They have been awarded numerous data and electrical contracts for new school including both new Middle School campuses. |
