"CHAMPION NIGHT” With MANOR MIDDLE SCHOOL”

Character Counts at Manor Middle School, where students won a free ticket with transportation to the “Champion Night-Toros Game because of their exemplary character! Saturday, Nov 24th was the exciting opening night for the NBA D-League Toros Basketball team. The Manor Middle School Mustangs came out to support our local B-ball team and see some future NBA developing players. The students and their families came out and had great fun and showed great mustang spirit!! The game was exhilarating!! Toros Player, Keith Langford's steal with 16 seconds remaining in the game helped end the Bakersfield Jam's furious second half comeback and helped the Toros defeat the Jam 92-90 on Saturday night at the Austin Convention Center.
