An Ordinance Levying A Tax Rate for 2009
Manor Independent School District

Be it ordained and ordered by the Trustees of Manor Independent School District, we, the Board of Trustees of the Manor Independent School District do hereby levy or adopt the tax rate on $100 valuation for this school district for the tax year 2009 as follows:

$1.040 for the purpose of maintenance and operations
$0.475 for the payment of principal and interest on debt.
$1.535 being the total tax rate for this district

This tax rate will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year's tax rate.
