Mission Statement:
The MISD Athletic Department’s mission is to develop academic achievement, character and leadership skills in all student athletes.
Navigational Goals:
- The Athletic Department’s goals are for all student athletes to display strong moral character while participating in athletics, interacting in the school setting and functioning in the community.
- The Athletic Department’s goals are to develop strong leaders who are involved not only in athletics, but also in Manor schools and the community.
- The Athletic Department’s goal is to meet the needs of fast growth.
Program Goals:
- The Athletic Department’s goals are for all student athletes to maintain a passing average and strive for classroom success.
- The Athletic Department’s goals are to increase student enrollment in athletics and the percentage of student athletes going to college on scholarship.
- The Athletic Department’s goal is to increase the combined number of years of coaching experience.
