Manor - District Alternative Education Placement (DAEP)
MAP
provides a structured, alternative approach to education for students who have been expelled from their home campus. The goal of MAP is to help redirect student behavior so that they will be able to function properly in a regular school setting.

Hours of Operation:
Mon-Fri
Elementary: 7:30 a.m-3:00 p.m.
Secondary: 8:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.

Dress Code

Students are expected to wear a uniform in school and on the bus.

The uniform will consist of:

  • Clean white collared shirt with a tie.
  • Shirt will have no logos.
  • Shirts must remain tucked in pants
  • No shirts turned inside out
  • Clean plain blue or black denim jeans or khakis , no logos.
  • Jeans will fit properly at the waist.
  • Sagging jeans will not be allowed.
  • A belt will be worn at all times.
  • No shorts or skirts will be allowed.
  • Pants legs will remain at the ankles at all times (not worn under the heel)
  • White, brown, or black shoes with white, brown, or black shoe laces.
  • Sweatshirts may be worn with permission and must be plain white, gray, or black with NO logos or hoods.
  • No red or blue clothing allowed.
  • No hats, bandanas, or any other head covering may be worn
  • No jewelry is allowed; this includes watches.
  • No make-up is allowed; this includes nail polish and false eyelashes.
  • No cell phones or electronic devices.

Students out of dress code will be given an opportunity to correct their dress. If unable or unwilling to correct dress, student will be sent home. Students will also lose points if dress code violations occur during the day.

The uniform must be kept in a presentable manner, (no sagging pants). The uniform should be cleaned daily. When holes appear in the uniform, it should be replaced or repaired at the parents' expense.
