Hello!! My name is Mr. Karseno and this is my first year at Decker Elementary School.  I previously worked at a child development center as a lead teacher of children ages 18 months through 5 years. 

I enjoy going to the movies, eating out with friends and family, going to the lake, hiking, and pretty much any other outdoor activity or sport. My favorite time of year is when the summer sun comes and warms the water of Lake Austin! 

I  will do my best to ensure that each of my students is presented with the tools neccesary to be successful by providing a safe environment in which they feel comfortable. It is my duty to foster their development by providing a nurturing, positive environment where their interpersonal, social, and intellectual well-being can thrive.
