Mission Statement

The Curriculum Department will foster learning and educational excellence by providing a curriculum deeply aligned to the the Texas State standards, monitoring instructional practice and student progress and building capacity through professional development.

Welcome to the 2008 - 2009 School Year

The Curriculum Department is happy to welcome teachers new to Manor ISD and welcome back our returning veterans. Along with a new logo, the curriculum department has a whole new look for the curriculum documents. With a tremendous amount of help from teachers across the district, we have been working hard to organize the curriculum into cohesive units that tie together groups of student expectations. In addition to reading the unit descriptions, where available, look for "notes" that might tell you important facts about scope and sequence or might give hints about grouping certain expectations in one lesson.

Our goal is to support you and provide you with a quality curriculum, so that you, and thereby your students, will be successful.
