Dr. Scott Moger earned his Doctor of Education in Curriculum & Instruction from Baylor University, his Master’s in Educational Administration from Tarleton State University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor. Dr. Moger is also a veteran of the United States Air Force and earned an Associate’s of Applied Science Degree in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the U.S. Air Force while serving as a wideband/satellite combat communications technician from 1988-1993.
Dr. Moger is in his twenty-third year in public education. Dr. Moger is starting his first year in Manor ISD as the Assistant Superintendent of Operations where he oversees several programs and departments. His experiences include teaching math and science and coaching, as well as serving as a campus administrator at Belton Junior High School, Moody HS and Henry T. Waskow High School in Belton ISD. Dr. Moger also served as the Director of Student Services in Belton ISD. Dr. Moger came to Manor ISD from Temple ISD, where he was the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services & Administration.
Dr. Moger and his wife, Wendy, have been married for 26 years and have four children, Rachel (20), Allison (18), Ryan (15), and Brooke (14).
