Lauri Webb is currently the district coordinator for Section 504 and Dyslexia.
Throughout her career in education, whether assisting in the exploration of a science lab, holding an after-school Algebra tutorial, facilitating a counseling group, coaching teachers towards data-driven/reflective/effective instruction, or planning an evening family event, her focus has been on ensuring the positive social development and academic success of students.
Since first joining Manor ISD in August of 1999, she has served at multiple campuses in a variety of capacities. She has been a teacher, a school counselor, an assistant principal, a summer school principal, and now a district coordinator. She has experience at multiple grade levels (elementary, middle, and high school).
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, and graduated with a double major in Math and Life/Earth Science. She also has a Master’s degree in Counseling from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. She received her administrative certificate through Region XIII’s Principal Certification Program. She has acquired expertise in a variety of areas such as Section 504, Dyslexia, Response to Intervention, Bilingual/ESL and LPAC, Special Education, behavior management, data analysis, etc.
