The Manor ISD Board of Trustees with the support of Superintendent Dr. Royce Avery hired Scott Moger as Assistant Superintendent of Operations Wednesday. Mr. Moger brings more than two decades worth of experience in public education to the new role.
Mr. Moger comes to Manor ISD from Temple ISD, where he was the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services & Administration. Before that he worked at Belton ISD, where he served as a principal at Henry T. Waskow High School and then Director of Student Services. Previously he has worked as an assistant principal, math/science teacher, and coach at various schools throughout Texas.
Mr. Moger also served in the U.S. Airforce as a wideband/satellite combat communications technician from 1988-1993.
Mr. Moger has his Doctor of Education in Curriculum & Instruction from Baylor University and his Masters in Educational Administration from Tarleton State University. He received a BS in Business Administration and a BS in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
As Assistant Superintendent of Operations, Mr. Moger will oversee several programs and departments at Manor ISD.
